Creative Concept: Customer Satisfaction

During my interviews with Oliver Agency I was tasked to create a Facebook ad for the AXA Business Insurance’s DR campaign. I had to work with the following concept: ¨97% of our customers love what we do.¨

I wanted to represent in a visual way the different insurances that AXA offers to its customers. For this, I created illustrations to showcase this services in a simple visual way, using a bold primary color scheme.

The importance of the visual content

Having the AXA services represented by the illustrations, I thought that was important to represent the diversity of customers and their needs. For this, I created illustrations representing different people.

Reason: Visual content is more likely to be shared and remembered.
